Training opportunities
Our company places great emphasis on a high level of knowledge among our employees. In fact, our employees are the key to our success. We therefore provide production workers who show evidence a high skill level the opportunity to progress within a few years to the position of paper maker (mechanical operator). For further development training will be obligatory.
